Circuit training – 8 to 15 exercises in certain order which duration amount 30 to 60 seconds. There are no breaks between exercises. Only rest is when you change exercise for the next one. When you complet all circuit you will have a break which last 2-5 minutes. Usually there are 2 or 3 circuits, all training last from 30 to 45 minutes.

Traditional circuit training will strenghten your muscles and improved your toughness. It is caused by make a lot of exercises which are varied and for every part of your body in a optimal tempo. Thanks to it we have very intensive training with positive influence for our body, which is more virile, decreased of adipose tissue and we have better physical conditio and strength.
